Tyb's Journal - Experiencing the Archangel Michael Vortex in Banff

The natural thermal sulfur springs in Banff are incredibly healing.

The alpine village of Banff, located in the National Park is surrounded on all sides by stunning transformational energiesy and awesome beauty.

The collidal waters of the crystal lakes of Banff contain 'glacier silt' primarily silicate which are responsible both for the incredible vivid colors, and the crytsalline energy of the area. Silica is the base compnsent of qwuartz and brings in the Crystalline Filed of the Cosmic Trigger. Sacred Waters indeed!

Lake O'Hara located 15 minutes from Lake Louiose is the Crown Chakra of the Michael Vortex.

Join the Family of Earth-Keepers in Banff August 13-16 for an incredible and life changing transformation. At least once in this lifetime, each soul, each seeker should visit this amazing area of unparalleled beauty.

"The energy of the Michael Vortex can be downloaded to activate the MerKaBah to MerKiVah transformation that is requisite to the Ascension. The crystalline energies of the Michael Vortex accelerate the process quite uniquely and potently, by purifying remaining obstacles, aligning inner priorties in order to receive the clarity of impeccable heart. Indeed such cleansing must occur in order to bring in the MerKiVic Field." AAMetatron

Experiencing the AA Michael Vortex of Banff
Article by James Tyberonn

The vista of Banff National Park's crown jewel , Chateau Lac Louise, is natural perfection itself.

An awestruck first-time visitor to Canada's divinely beautiful Lake Louise once commented that such stunning scenery was proof that God existed. That visitor was me.

First Visit

The year was 1978, the beginning of my spiritual awakening, and my first visit to Banff. In retrospect, perhaps the visit to this amazing natural Cathedral triggered my awakening.

I walked up the cobbled trail from the parking area, staring at the enormous white stone Chateau, shining in the sunlight like polished alabaster. The architectural symmetry and sheer grandeur of the castlesque 'Chateau Lac Louis' is stunningly impressive, but I was totally unprepared for the awesome scene that lay behind it. What glowed before me was a living painting: a vibrant turquoise mountain lake framed by purple and gold cliffs, evergreen forests and a massive crystalline shimmering-white glacier at the far end. Alpine flowers were everywhere. Beautiful sprays of orange, purple, yellow, white and red were in vivid fragrant bouquets along the lakeside, set in manicured gardens on the grounds of the Chateau Lake Louise Hotel in the forefront. It was love at first sight, and that love affair has continued ever since.

That first visit was brief but made a deep impression. Thus began my lifelong love affair with Canada, its people, its balance, its profound tranquility and stunning beauty. I have revisited Lake Louise dozens of times in the past 31 years. In 1978 I recognized it was a living cathedral, and a few years thereafter I had a remarkable epiphany along its devic shoreline that made me keenly aware of the Divine Angelic presence anchored to its energy. My deepest expereince in Banff's 'Archangel Michael Vortex' however, occurred in 1996, when I had a deep epiphany and miraculous encounter with Archangel Michael.

Canadian Park System

I have traveled far and wide and without reservations avow that for this pilgrim Lake Louise, located in Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada is the most beautiful place in North America. Bar none. The entire region of the Canadian Rockies is simply majestic. But it is not just the majesty that is felt. It is a fertile cornucopia of life. Banff National Park has 6,641 square kilometers of mountains, forests, rivers and lakes that is the habitat to abundant wildlife. Banff National Park is Canada's first national park, located 80 miles west of Calgary, Alberta. Lake Louise is 35 miles northwest of Banff.

The Canadians have done an incredible job of protecting the pristine nature of this massive jewel and of managing the four national and provincial parks connected to the Rockies in western Alberta and eastern British Columbia. Other nations could learn a thing or two from a review of how the Canadian Park Services operate.

The Park has a superb 4-lane highway that passes through the center glacier scraped valley of the Athabascan Rockies. The incredible ice cut mountains are a blue jagged spine visible on both sides of the roadway passage. The drive is a dreamscape. Every turn brings exquisite beauty. Each mountain projects a unique presence and dignity. The energy field is serene and exhilarating all at once. The turquoise Bow River flows along the side, presenting a summerscape of evergreens, wildflowers and river valley against a towering blue drapery of scraped and sculpted rock face.

Whether it is the land, the grid, the culture, the people or a combination thereof, I find the vibratory rate of Canada very high and extremely balanced. It is tangibly higher than that in the Lower 48 and immediately discernable, both coming in and going out!

Chateau Lake Louise

Chateau Lake Louise sits atop a creviced moraine, created by Victoria Glacier when the last Ice Age ended some 10,000 years ago. The lake is a startling blend of green and blue water, so beautifully iridescent that it appears to be emit a glow, as if lit from underneath. At the far end of the mile long lake soars Mt. Victoria, exquisitely etched in the white blue of the crystalline glacier.

Energy Concentrated Within Geological Walls

Lake Louise is boxed on three sides by high granite walls that enclose the magical area like the cradled hands of God. The rock wall enclosure and resulting energy containment is very, very significant. It is this boxed enclosure of the various inflows of telluric, solar and elemental energies that differentiates Lake Louise. Its cubic and octahedral formations entrap and amplify the energy level. Visibly, it is one of the most beautiful mountain scenes on Earth ... but it has an unseen inner majesty and purpose. Lake Louise is a key triangulated point of one of the most powerful portals on the Planet, a sacred portal that anchors the energy of Archangel Michael.

Energy of Balance and Healing

Its balancing healing powers are immense. It is a sacred place, a healing, balancing energy of great intensity. It is a great, yet subtle, intensity that affects every visitor to the special mountaintop of Lake Louise ... and there are many visitors. Contrary to what one may initially conceive, the energy of Lake Louise is absolutely not mal-effected by the hundreds of daily visitors and hotel guests. In fact, it is enhanced. The visitors are, without exception, moved by the energy and incredible, inspiring beauty. All visitors experience a sense of the profound beauty and awe, and that emotional energy is released onto and contributes to the incredible energy of place at Lake Louise.

Its energy is as powerful as any on the planet, yet its intensity is not overwhelming. Its balance is the plate that serves this experience to the pilgrim and tourist alike in a palatable, gentle manner. Comparable energy levels in less gentle formats are capable of depleting the aura, not so with Lake Louise. Negativity seems nullified within its energies, and the feelings of beauty and love are amplified.

As a result, few of the first time visitors to Lake Louise anticipate the depth of the spiritual experience they are going to have, and few of them leave without being profoundly healed by it. The emotional reaction to the awesome beauty opens and immediately balances the aura. The penetrating, spiritual energy emanating from the lake triggers self-searching and deep cleansing. I have seen robust tourists become so moved by the beauty and healing energy of the lake that tears of joy flood their eyes within minutes. It is particularly healing for visiting couples and families. Few conflicts, fears or anxieties can remain buried in this energy, and their surfacing occurs in the energy of immense but gentle love, leading to a cleansing release. So if you want to heal a family or reconcile a relationship, go to Lake Louise. The issues will bubble to the surface in that cleansing magnetic energy.

Feng Shui of the Chalet

The hotel is a splendid, flowing structure built with natural white limestone in chateau-style symmetrical balance. The lobby and dining areas offer wall-sized picture windows that seem to frame the unbelievable beauty lying beyond them. While the hotel rooms can be quite expensive in peak seasons, the grounds and restaurants are available to all. Having a cup of hot chocolate or tea in one of the overstuffed chairs in the massive lobby with its incredible panoramic views has allowed me great moments of balanced perspective. Of my dozens of visit to Lake Louise, I have only over-nighted there on two or three trips.

I have never left there without a brief pang of melancholy at leaving such beauty and intense clarity. (It was the emotion I used to feel as a young child when we left my Grandma's home at Christmas for the 3-hour drive home - that sad feeling of leaving a precious loved one, knowing it will be a while before I return.)

Angelic Presence

My first awareness of the angelic presence occurred in 1995. I had spent a full day just drifting in the splendor of a sunny July day on the grassy lawn of the chateau. I lay back on the sweet tufted grass and closed my eyes in a moment of total content. I was fully in the moment, reluctant to leave. I closed my eyes in utter bliss and, in that instant, saw a flash of brilliant golden light. Suddenly I was immersed in an overwhelming emotional flow. Tears welled in my eyes, and I felt a wondrous sense of joy and well-being. I saw a clear white-blue light amidst the gold and knew I was seeing an angel. I felt humbled by the enormity and love of the presence. The vision was over in a flash, but the powerful emotions lingered.

I returned the next day and found a beautiful little brook, off the main path to the back of the lake, and sat for an hour of prayer. The magical faerie den by the side of the brook would be the scene of a profound experience I would have with Archangel Michael two years later.

Tyb's Journal: Touched By an Angel

In late June of 1997, I was dealing with the unexpected death of my sister and had come to Lake Louise in part to deal with that loss. I was hiking down the lakeside trail about 150 meters from the Château, looking for a place that would afford me privacy. About half way down the lakeside trail leading to the back of Lake Louise, a small, gentle mountain brook bubbled and bounced down the steep slope into the lake. I followed it up and found the enchanted faerie den, resplendent in bright, lime-green moss and iridescent yellow lichen, plus two striking striated lavender boulders of sandstone and amazing purple quartz - Amethyst!

The brook formed a couple of little crystal pools there, and wildflowers popped up everywhere amid the spongy moss. Rich green grass carpeted a circular open area near a perky little waterfall. I could actually feel the faeries dancing! This magical and picturesque faerie den opening was something out of an artist's dream - an enchanted and beautiful power-spot. My special place on earth! It was far enough off the main lakeside path of Lake Louise to be totally private, yet afford incredible views of the vibrant, turquoise lake. The day was partly cloudy, but the sun would occasionally break through, and enormous shafts of yellow light would angle in bright, glowing beams through the canopy of the spruce forest. Pure magic!

My meditation soon deepened, and a visible beam of light filled the opening and connected on my chest. At first I thought it was one of the angled sunbeams, but then the energy jolted me, and I saw kaleidoscopic colors everywhere. Then I felt the presence of an Angelic Being. I actually saw a formless, yet intense massive golden light over half the length of the lake. From this light, the energy connected to my heart center in an elongated beam. A blue sphere, glowing golden yellow in its inner core, formed a few feet from where I sat, visible with eyes open or closed. I felt a tremendous divinity and was moved deeply to emotional release. I cried uncontrollably for a quarter hour , and in the aftermath of that release, felt a deep and pure serenity.

The blue sphere encompassed me, and geometric forms entered my mind's eye as I fell into a profound meditative vision. I lay down on the soft cushion, of iridescent lime green moss that carpeted the faerie den. My inner narration stopped and I lofted into a state of visual imagery. I felt an Angelic presence and my mindscape became bathed a in glowing white light and that spiritual source led me into the most powerful internal review of my life to that point. I was able to contemplate and pray deeply on each aspect of my life, goals and spiritual purpose. I connected deeply to the angelic energy and understood the anchoring to the lake.

I did not immediately know it was Archangel Michael - that understanding came later - but an angelic 'Light Being' touched me and communed with me in a catharsis of joyful release and inner cleansing that lasted a timeless two hours or so.

I did not physically 'see' an angel, nor did I audibly 'hear' any voices. But I felt light, I saw light, and my heart soared. I saw a massive cloud of golden energy, and in a visible ray, it physically connected a beam to my heart. I knew unmistakably that I was in the arms of an angel, and a sense of deep well being encompassed me.

That day was incredible. When I finally departed, I was emotionally exhausted and spiritually cleansed. I go back to that magic spot at least once a year, as the energy of my experience is still there. So is an anchor imprint of my heart and spirit.

Chakric Area

The entire massif of the Banff Rockies is a chakric expression of Gaia's Divinity. In particular, the water in this area carries a very special vibration. I received a conscious channel specific to the nature of this water, which Archangel Metatron termed 'Crystal Waters.' The glacier powder in the rivers and lakes is finely ground, crystallized quartz that has morphed under tremendous pressure and converted the fluids into a magical, colloidal suspension - a liquid battery, a fluid crystal, if you will. It is quite unique in its resonance to this area and adds a tremendous vibratory frequency to the rivers and lakes. The waters become a sacred living crystal of unmatched light and color.

A sequence of sacred lakes and falls occurs within this area, and each is connected in a living chakric system:

(7) Lake O'Hara - Crown Center
(6) Emerald Lake - Brow Center
(5) Lake Moraine - Throat Center
(4) Lake Louise - Heart Center
(3) Peyto Lake - Emotional Center
(2) Banff Bow River Falls - Creative Center
(1) Athabasca Falls - Root Center

In actuality, all five of the sacred lakes listed above resonate individually with the four upper chakras. Each balance and heal all chakras and emanate exceptionally high crown vibratory rates. In the divine spectrum of the Michael Vortex, the listings above designate the chakras of the body of the integral living earth of the Canadian Rockies. All seven of the chakric points are connected by major ley lines. The two falls mentioned are outside the inner Michael Vortex, yet serve to pull in the energies of Lower Banff and Upper Jasper to the Michael energetic flow.

The Michael Portal

The energy of Archangel Michael began manifesting in the chakric lake region of Banff and Yoho National Parks after the 11:11 gate. The energy is manifested in portals inflowing into Lake Louise, Lake O'Hara and Emerald Lake. All three lakes have sacred mountains associated with their hydro energies that anchor in the portal light. These are Michael Peak at Emerald Lake, Cathedral Mountain at Lake O'Hara and Victoria Mountain at Lake Louise.

Each of the individual portal points has a smaller energetic vortex circulating around the focal light of the portal, but this is encapsulating in nature and not designed as a mechanism of distribution. In a real sense, it is the circular energy that defines the integrity and matrix entry of the light portal. This encapsulation cell is a function of the light grid. The larger electrical vortex I call the Michael Vortex is a function of the electromagnetic grid and serves to distribute the light energy to a much larger area.

The Inner Michael Vortex

The Michael Vortex is the engine that distributes the inflow of divine light that occurs in the three portals. The portals are triangulated to create the stability for the circulating vortex. The apex points for the vortex are Michael Peak, Cathedral Mountain and Victoria Mountain. A massive vortex of counterclockwise energy connects all three points.

Emerald Lake is very similar in color to Lake Louise. It is less developed and therefore much more serene in its countenance. The Yoho Valley contains a smaller vortex encircling Emerald Lake and includes Takakkaw Falls, Twin Falls and Angel Falls. Takakkaw Falls is the second highest waterfall in Canada, with a total cascade length of over 1,200 feet. The energy of the falls adds greatly to the template of energy captured that is imprinted by the light portal. The sacred apex of Michael Peak aligns the side of Emerald Lake and is the namesake of the angelic energy. The peak was actually named after Andrew Michael, a well-known mountaineer involved in the discoveries of the area, but that choice of names is part of the synchronicity of the Michael energies.

Lake O'Hara is the crown center of the Canadian Rockies, the energy being among the most powerful, natural energies I have experienced. Be advised, however, it can be overwhelming in its raw power of amplification. Guard your emotional state and thoughts in this pocket of intense energy. The veil is so thin that it hardly exists here, which requires that you guard your thoughts.

Lake O'Hara is on the opposite side of Victoria Mountain and Glacier from Lake Louise. It is less commercialized than Lake Louise, as it is indeed circled on three sides, so the energy is trapped and concentrated within its high granite and limestone walls. The elevation is higher, the rock walls more reflective and Nature here is raw. Grizzlies abound as do tangible elementals of all types.

Lake O'Hara is the largest of the seven sacred lakes within the O'Hara area and the site of the Lodge. The lake has seven magnificent waterfalls, called the Seven Sisters, cascading into its depth at its southern perimeter. The soft flows of the glacier falls appear as silver ribbons from the lakefront. Lake O'Hara has a fragile flora, so visitation is restricted, with only 120 visitor permits issued daily from late May through mid-October. Fragile and incredibly beautiful tundra lichen and moss paint the alpine valley with bright iridescent colors from burnt orange and scarlet red to canary yellow.

Sufi mystics, Buddhist organizations and Reiki masters have met at Lake O'Hara annually over the past decade, in quiet recognition of the incredible energy here. A different sort of visitor comes here, as compared to Lake Louise and Emerald Lake. The solitude here is defining. The intensity of the energy here can be almost excessive and incredibly revealing. The veil is so thin here that it is very possible to see manifestations of the elemental and the divine.

The Greater Banff Vortex extends beyond the inner perimeter, triangulated between Jasper, Kananastas and Revelstoke. A double triad occurs to create a six-pointed concentric triangle. These areas are full of healing, as balanced and divine energetic points. Sacred mountains abound within, including Three Sisters, Mount Rundle, Castle Mountain, Temple Mountain, Mount Robson, Edith Cavell, Spirit Peak and Mystic Point. (Another separate, yet divine, Earth expression occurs further west in British Colombia, centered in Vancouver Island.)

Summary

The Canadian Rockies are magnificent beyond words. The energy that exists within them is aligned with magnificent energies from mineralogical, water, light and electromagnetic aspects. Incredible energy emanates from the mountains with their granite, quartz, metamorphic and sedimentary strata, combined with the stunning array of hydro energy from rivers, streams, waterfalls and glaciers. The lakes are a class unsurpassed in the world, and their accessibility is a tribute to the Canadian government. Thousands of visitors have daily access to this massive region, but it is extremely well managed.

It must be added that the sulfur thermal springs in the village of Banff are incredibly healing, both on a physical and emotional level. These are sacred waters that by their very energy and minerology carry the sacred geometric codes that renew life force and assist in the rediscover of life purpose.

The supreme and benevolent angelic presence of Archangel Michael further enriches the energy of this area as a tool of the Ascension, and the seeker and tourist alike can experience this. The portal of Michael is presented in an amazing Metatronic geometry in three succinct amazing lakes. The Divine Presence has always been discernable here, as known by the indigenous First Nations of Stony and Cree. This magnificent area is truly a living cathedral.

In March of 2009 Banff began another transformation, and is now a key node point of the Cosmic Trigger, the final stage of the heralded Ascension.

"Greetings Masters ! I am Metatron Lord of Light ! And we speak of the triple dates and their correlation to the Ascension Grid. So now, Let us review the activation process of the 144-Crytsalline grid. The grid is a complex geometry, the double penta-dodecahedron, which by specific design includes 144 pentagonal and triangular facets in a symmetrical crystalline matrix. The double penta dodecahedron is stellated, which means that each of the major twelve facets are raised in the center to form five sided pyramids. Thus there are 12 pentagonal pyramids.

Each facet in counted both on the base and pyramidally raised portion. So if you consider that each pentagonal surface contains 5 isosceles triangles and one pentagon, you have 72 facets. Additionally, each of the twelve stellated aspects have 5 triangles and one five sided pyramid, thus you, combine the surface and stellated portions to achieve the Master Number frequencial of the twelve squared-144. Do you understand?

Now the aspects of the triple dates are numerical frequencies that uniquely occur sequentially for twelve years as :

1 Jan 2001, 1-1-1
2 Feb 2002, 2-2-2
3 Mar 2003, 3-3-3
4 Apr 2004, 4-4-4
5 May 2005, 5-5-5
6 Jun 2006, 6-6-6
7 Jul 2007, 7-7-7
8 Aug 2008, 8-8-8
9 Sep 2009 9-9-9
10 Oct 2010 10-10-10
11Nov 2011 11-11-11
12 Dec 2012, 12-12-12

The grid significance is that the frequency of each triple date portal is designed to be the 'activation trigger' of one of the 12 major dodecahedrons surface base plates of the grid.

Accordingly this axiom infers that the 144-Crystalline grid is launched into functionality by one twelfth each year from 1 January 2001 up through 12 December, 2012 when it achieves full programming input. In the interim between 13 December and 20 December, it integrates full programming, and reboots into full launch on the winter solstice of December 21, 2012, the heralded and prophesized Ascension. In aspect, a key piece of what takes place on the triple frequencial portal dates is around the 'human - grid' alignment to the Crystalline 144 grid. That is why these dates are being recognized by empaths as important dates for spiritual alignment gatherings across the planet. Indeed it is not specific astrological alignments that specialize the triple date portals rather it is the vibrancy of the numbers themselves that correlate to the 144 grid.

We honor you all. Indeed you have waited eons for this time. It is an ancient contract for those of you who were Atlantean Crystal and Healing Masters of the Law Of One. The heartbreak is over. The crystals will never be misused again. It is your completion and you have waited a long long time for this time. This time that yhis sacred contract completes occurs between the 8-8-8 and the 12-12-12 . Indeed it is the Healing of the Atlanteans of Atla- Ra, the reactivation of the magnificent crystals that you helped save and place in safe-dormancy..And now the 9-9-9 awakens 4 and further activates the 5th. It is a magnificent day, a benchmark in time. A time of remembrance and oathe, for the crytsals will never be misuesd again.

I am Metatron and I share with you these TRUTHS."

And so it is.

DID ANCIENT STAR PEOPLE COME TO MANATAKA AND DEPOSIT WISDOM OF THE COSMOS IN A SECRET CRYSTAL CAVE?

by Lee Standing Bear Moore
http://www.manataka.org
Manataka American Indian Council

Manataka Stone

The beautiful "Story of Manataka" contains a great deal of fact and some speculation mixed with a healthy dose of mystery. One of the most extraordinary mysteries of the account told by this writer, is about the "Crystal Cave"

"...It is said by the grandfathers that seven holy caves were on the sacred mountain. The center cave is made of magnificent shining crystal encoded with messages of the star people. Inside the crystal cave are seven crystal cones set on a crystal altar and each containing secret messages and seven shields.

Ancient tribes came to Manataka ( Arkansas) on pilgrimages to place ceremonial items in five of the caves. The people of the south laid gifts in the southern-most cave and people of the north laid their gifts in the northern-most cave. People from the west and east performed offering ceremonies in two additional caves. The cave located to the left of the crystal cave was used by the 'Keepers of Manataka', the Tula Indians of Tanico, who lived in surrounding areas and for other tribes living nearby such as the Caddo, Quapaw, Osage, Tunica, and Pawnee. To the right of the center crystal cave was a ceremonial cave reserved for gifts of the other people of this land - the animals, birds, fish, insects, plants, stones and the elements. No one ever approached the most sacred crystal cave, as it was said to have been the work place of the star people (angels?) and resting place of many spirits.

The southern-most cave, nearest the surface of the ground, once held the Manataka Stone, or as referred to by the National Park Service as the " Calendar Stone" brought by people from the south. Workmen digging on the mountain to capture the sacred waters of Nowasalon for the ornate bathhouses of the rich removed the Calendar Stone after the Civil War. CRYSTAL CONNECTION AT MANATAKA?

No one in modern times has ever seen any trace of a so-called 'crystal cave' and the National Park Service claims no crystal is found on the Hot Springs, Arkansas (Manataka) Mountain. So, could a crystal cave actually exist? And if one does exist buried beneath tons of modern construction, deep within the crystallized sub-strata of earth, would the cave contain seven crystal cones setting on a crystal altar? It is possible that a crystal cone could hold ancient wisdom of the cosmos one delivered by star people on a sacred mission of the Creator? Did ancient star people come to Manataka and deposit wisdom of the cosmos in a secret crystal cave?

Exploring these questions has not been an easy task. Myths and legends are never easily verified - that is why they are called legends and folklore - not history. However, there are some interesting facts that connect various elements of the Story of Manataka to reality. Many of these facts are largely unknown to many people, including most of our indigenous brothers and sisters.

For example, quartz crystal is the subject of great interest in modern times and quartz crystals have fascinated both secular and spiritual man throughout history. However, many do not realize that huge deposits of the purest form of crystal in the world is found only a few miles to the west near Mount Ida and a few miles north near Blue Springs, Arkansas.
According to geologists, both areas of high crystal concentration found near the surface at Mount Ida and Blue Springs are actually connected, even though many miles separate the two major areas. Stratums deep within the earth, nearly impossible or impractical to be mined, connect them. The connecting point between the two major surface crystal areas is Manataka. Can we safely conjecture that the largest, most pure form of quartz crystal found in the world is beneath the Place of Peace - Manataka?

Despite National Park Service claims that "...no quartz crystal is found on the Hot Springs Mountain..." the following description of the Fordyce Bathhouse located on the mountain appears in their literature:

"..The basement also displays Fordyce Spring Number 46, released during the 1914 building excavation. It flows into a tiled enclosure with a grotto encrusted with quartz crystals in the foreground and can be viewed through plate glass..."

Over the years many visitors walking on the sacred mountain have found quartz crystals. This writer and his family have found crystals there too. Did someone sprinkle the mountain with these crystals or did they jump on the mountain by themselves? If there are crystals on the mountain, why do federal bureaucrats claim otherwise?

Other Legends of a Secret Depository of the Gods

Famous mythologist, William Henry draws some very interesting conclusions about the possibility of an ancient hall of records located near Manataka from his studies of the ancient Tibetans, Egyptians and Tula cultures.

"...According to a favorite Tibetan legend, a divine couple once appeared who hid secret teachings in "diamond rocks, in mysterious lakes, and in unchanging boxes" that were magically closed until a special time in history. Many texts were compressed in these diamond rocks or crystals similar to the way information is inscribed onto and 'hidden' in modern microchips or CD Rom disks."

"...This fascinating Tibetan tradition is called the terma tradition. Termas, or "concealed treasures," are sacred texts or holy objects hidden in a paradise of eternal universal wisdom and peace. Complimenting the terma tradition is the Tibetan practice of dzogchen, an ancient teaching in which hand-held conical-shaped Quartz crystals were used for meditation purposes. It was believed that these objects connected their user with the creative forces of the universe, the basic forces of life..."1

The legend of the Egyptian 'Hall of Records' says a powerful 'consciousness expanding' treasure lies buried far beneath the Sphinx and Great Pyramid. According to William Henry, "...evidence that something is there comes from the mysterious Coffin Texts where the ancient Egyptians told of a 'sealed thing' with 'fire about it' concealed beneath the 'desert of sand..."2 "...many investigators, including Englishman Andrew Collins, have noticed the similarity between this description of a 'sealed' and 'radiant' thing to a passage in the Book of Enoch. A favorite part of the Dead Sea Scrolls of the Essenes, the Book of Enoch tells of the scribe's experience of being roused from his sleep one night by tall beings whose faces 'shone like the sun' and who wore wings. They took him on a journey to the seventh heaven to meet with the Lord in a 'house' built of 'crystals' and encircled by strange 'tongues of fire'. The Lord, himself, sat on a 'lofty throne' of 'crystal'..."
The Great Pyramid is also known as the Pillar of Enoch. Henry asks if it is possible that the 'radiant fire' of the sealed cave under the pyramid refers to the crystal. "...After all, the Giza Hall is thought to have been constructed by ancient god beings who were expert in the use of Quartz crystal...," says Henry. An Egyptian king offers a conical-shaped object called 'white bread' to Anubis, the "Opener of the ways," lying on the chest as 'the Keeper of the Secret'.3
Is this the same as the crystal cone the Tibetans claimed provided access to universal wisdom and to the basic life-giving energies of the universe? Is it the same conical shaped crystal described in the Story of Manataka?

The Tula Connection

According to author William Henry, the ancient world knew of special connecting places between heaven and earth that were called Tula or the City of Peace, and were considered the navel or center of the world. Mesoamericans such as the Mayans, Asians and Egyptians all believed in a special place on the earth where star people came and deposited great libraries of wisdom inside crystal repositories. Almost always, these connecting places or "docking stations" are referenced by the name Tula.

We begin our examination by relating a brief history about the Tula of Tanico located in central Arkansas.

The capital or main village of the Tula people in America and the Keepers of Manataka was Tanico located approximately 40 miles southwest of Manataka (Hot Springs) in the area known today as Caddo Gap, Arkansas. The well-worn foot paths between Manataka and Tanico later turned into horse trails, then wagon roads and survives to this day as Highway 70 West.

The Tula's first encounter with Europeans came in 1541 while Hernando DeSoto and his Conquistadors were frantically searching for the Fountain of Youth. During first contact, Desoto's army stole from the Tula and took captives against strong Tula warnings.

During the first day of a three-day battle that ensued, the Tula were virtually decimated because their arrows and rocks bounced off the metal breast-plates and helmets of the enemy. And, the Tula had never encountered musket and cannon fire and the fast and powerful Spanish horses.

On the second day of the battle, Tula warriors took the upper hand by using the mountainous terrain and guerrilla hit-and-run tactics. By the end of the day, the Tula had tasted the blood of their new enemy and knew who he was. On the last day of the battle, Tula warriors did not return, but instead sent their women to finish the invaders. The Conquistadors became confused and demoralized at the sight of fearless, screaming, half-nude women coming at them in battle and promptly turned tail and ran. It was the first time the Conquistadors had retreated during their long adventure in North America.

DeSoto's scribes later wrote in his journals that the Tula were fiercest people the Conquistadors had ever encountered.

The Conquistadors retreat route along the Ouachita River valley traveling east offered the least geographic resistance. Within two days, DeSoto accidentally wandered into the sacred Manataka valley. His army remained here for over 45 days licking their wounds and searching frantically for the primary reason for their exploration - the Fountain of Youth.

Several historians refer to the Tula as being from Caddo stock, but there is little evidence to support this claim. The Tula lived in far northern frontier region of Caddo territory and
far beyond the western frontier of the Quapaw. The Osage lived far to the north and when their hunting parties raided the peaceful local farming villages of the Caddo, they conspicuously avoided the Tula.

The Tula was like other Indians in many ways, but they were unique among all their neighbors. There were at least four small Caddo bands in the area and contrary to comments of some historians, the Tula were not Caddo. Yes, the Tula spoke the Caddo
language, but they did so for trade purposes and as result of inner-marriage with people from nearby villages. But, their primary language was not Caddo and remains unclassified to this day.

The Tula raised ducks and domesticated turkeys, unlike any tribe in the entire region. They planted vegetables, such as Amaranth and Yam Beans, a turnip-like root, that were unknown to any local tribe. The Tula also built religious structures like sweat lodges and meeting places were built in the shape of a pyramid!

A Mississippi valley house and a Temple Pyramid in background from the American Museum of Natural History.

Another bit of evidence that the Tula were not Caddo is that the Spanish were particularly horrified by the deformed heads of the Tulans. Some historians believe the Tula tightly bound the heads of infants such that their heads became pointed. However, the cranial deformation was not a result of physical manipulation by parents, but occurred naturally among descendents of the original Tula -- travelers from afar.

It is further supposed by some historians that the Tula were ancestors of the Spiroans - (Spiro Mounds of Oklahoma) and the Tunica of Mississippi. There is some evidence to support this notion, however, neither assumption is correct. The Tula sent emissaries to many trade outposts and they became prominent in those communities.

The primary distinction of the Tula, however, is not their lifestyle, customs, or physical appearance, but the important role they played as the Keepers of Manataka. As a fierce and independent people the Tula could have easily closed the doors to this sacred site. Yet, in their wisdom and strength, the Tula welcomed all tribes in peace and helped their brothers and sisters during their stay. They served as guides to the local area and spiritual guides to other realms.

The Tula of Tanico vanished sometime between 1541 and the 1600's presumably as a result of disease brought by the Europeans. Today in the center of Caddo Gap stands a large bronze figure of an Indian nine feet in height, mounted on a tall pedestal of native stone. The Indian has his right hand raised, giving the friendship sign, but history tells a different story. The inscription on the marble tablet in the face of the pedestal reads: DeSoto 1541-A.D. Here DeSoto reached his most westward point in the United States. Here was the capitol of the warlike Tula tribe of Indians who fiercely fought DeSoto and his men. Relics found in this vicinity suggest the romance of past centuries about which history will ever be meager and incomplete. Arkansas State History Commission, 1936.

In May 1937 Chief Benito Gray Horse, an Apache and a later-day Keeper of Manataka living in Gulpha Gorge at the foot of the great Manataka Mountain in Hot Springs, gave an Indian benediction at the raising of the bronze statute at Caddo Gap commemorating the achievements of the Tula Indians of Tanico.

Was the Tula of Tanico originally from Central America?
Located in the Valley of Mexico, about 40 miles north of present day Mexico City and former capital of the Aztec empire is the ancient city of Tula, capital of the Toltec.

Atop the great Toltec Piramide de Quetzalcóatl are giant warrior statues called "The Atlantes". One of the thirteen symbols found on the Manataka Stone closely resembles a symbol carved into the warrior statue.

The Maya located far to the south of Tula knew Quetzalcóatl, the Mayan god of Peace, as the "King of Tula". The Mayans called their source of wisdom Tula.
According to mythologist, William Henry, in addition to the Mayans and Tibetans Asians who believed there was a special connecting point or "docking station" between heaven and earth, both the Hopi and Delaware Indians have legends of a "...pure place of advanced wisdom called Tula..." and that Tula was on the North American continent.
"...In the ancient world these "docking stations" were called Tula or the City of Peace, and were considered the navel or center of the world. Their hieroglyphic symbol was an egg, a symbol of creation in mythologies around the world..." says Henry. The egg symbol also appears on the Manataka Stone. (In these descriptions of the myths, it is not clear whether the name Tula refers to a place or a people who were the keepers or caretakers of a connecting place.)

Maya, Toltec and Aztec myths speak of bearded, blond white men who came from a kingdom in Mongolia called Tollan located near Lake Baikal and the river Tula. These Mongolians said they had come from Atlantis and sailed around the world founding new Tulas, naming them after their homeland.

Al-lah, the Islamic name for God is also Al-ot, Tala and Tula.
The Koran is named after Kore, the goddess of Tula.

In Greek and Mayan myth the Central Sun is also called Tula. Henry says, "...'Peace' is created when the Tulas on Earth and the Tula in Heaven are aligned. These god-beings do not define 'peace' as the absence of petty conflict between warring tribes or families. "Peace" is the unity of Heaven and Earth...."

The name Manataka means "The Place of Peace."
On the map below, Manataka (Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas) is at the apex of the cone-shape triangle marked in red. Mount Ida, the center of the purest form of crystal in the world, is located at the upper leg and Caddo Gap (Tanico) once home of the Tula people, is the lower leg of the triangle.

Is the cone-shape triangle on the map showing the three ancient energy centers actually a giant crystal laden vortex? Is the cone-shape on the map a giant cosmic representative of the same conical shaped crystal described in the Story of Manataka? Could these sites point to the connecting place Tibetans, Mayans and Egyptians claimed provided access to universal wisdom and to the basic life-giving energies of the universe? May we speculate that Manataka is the Place of Peace foretold in ancient myths around the globe?

THE "SACRED WELL" DESCRIBED IN ANCIENT MYTHS

One belief of the ancient world was nearly global. Sumerian, Hindu, Buddhist, Egyptian, Hebrew and Christian myths describe a Place of Peace, or connecting place with specific features. Those features include an abundance of crystal, healing waters, and a pillar or Tree of Life that had the ability to transform souls from one dimension to another by creating doorways or spiral hallways that connected far away places in the cosmos to "sacred wells" or fountains of healing waters on earth. Manataka or Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas has been known for thousands of years for its abundance of healing waters, called Nowasalon - "Breath of Healing.

Hernando Desoto obviously thought Manataka was the Place of Peace where the fabled "Fountain of Youth" was located. His predecessor, Juan Ponce de León, tortured thousands of Taíno Indians in Hispaniola, Cuba, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico for years in search of gold and silver, only to be told instead about the place of healing waters located somewhere to the west and slightly north. The map of De Soto's travels reminds us of a dog sniffing out prey, zig-zagging back and forth while always moving west by northwest. The secrets of Manataka were never revealed to the invaders and Desoto left after a month and a half of desperate searching. Immediately after leaving the sacred valley, De Soto fell ill and died as his army reached the Mississippi River.

The New Testament book of Revelation describes the City of Peace, called the New Jerusalem, a city made of precious stones 'clear as crystal'. Where on earth is sufficient clear crystal found to create an entire city except in the area of Manataka?

SUMMARY

We can only guess if the ancient star people came to Manataka and deposited wisdom of the cosmos in a secret crystal cave. We can only conjecture if all the fantastic, improbable and probable 'connections' with ancient myths of the world that point to Manataka as "the" Place of Peace. After all, this story is only an old Indian myth.

However, the people of Manataka know differently. They have experienced the healing power of this great sacred place first hand. They know it is truly a Place of Peace (after they successfully navigated through the din of tourist traffic, glaring black-boot federal officers, and snobby government bureaucrats) and blocked out the noise and confusion of the modern world.

They know the spirits of the sacred mountain speak. They know the energy spirals of this holy place are beyond description as they are transported from this dimension to the outer limits of man's reality. They are convinced a place of unimaginable beauty, filled with a crystal house, shining crystal altars, treasures, and where sealed secrets and wisdom of the ages await them.

In the way of our grandfathers, there are many things we cannot and should not speak aloud. Here in the modern world, we cannot and should not reduce the secrets of Manataka to print. There is only one way the beautiful and esoteric wisdom of this great and ancient place can be learned - and to understand one must know the language.
It is in man's insatiable desire to reach into the beyond, to feel the tremendous power of light and vibration, to spiritually connect with all creation and the One Creator, the Great Mystery that we find hope. It is by this hope we may pass along to future generations the mysteries of Manataka so when the time of no time passes into this dimension they will be prepared to become the Rainbow Warriors of Manataka.

DID ANCIENT STAR PEOPLE COME TO MANATAKA AND DEPOSIT WISDOM OF THE COSMOS IN A SECRET CRYSTAL CAVE?
by Lee Standing Bear Moore

An ancient clay doll was recovered from the northern cave some time in the early 1900's by workmen and is currently on loan to the Smithsonian Museum in Washington. Each of the seven caves disappeared at various times after the invasion began in the 1500's, either at the hand of the invaders or by natural or supernatural causes..."
